OUR STORY AND APPROACH
We are based in Kirkland near Totem Lake and Kingsgate. Most of our work stays in Eastside King County, including Bellevue, Redmond, Woodinville, and Issaquah. We also take on select projects in nearby areas when scope and scheduling make sense.
A lot of our day to day work is interior. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and tile. These projects are personal because the home is still being lived in while work is happening. We plan carefully, protect the space, and keep the job site as clean and predictable as possible.
We start with a walkthrough and a clear scope. Most construction problems come from vague expectations or rushed sequencing. If cabinets, counters, flooring, and tile are not coordinated early, small issues stack up. We would rather slow down at the beginning and avoid expensive fixes later.
You will get direct answers, realistic timing, and steady communication. We do not try to talk people into work they do not need. Our goal is simple. Do the work correctly, keep the process organized, and leave the space looking clean and finished.
Note: We focus on construction coordination and interior remodeling. We do not take on plumbing or electrical scope changes. If a project requires major changes in those areas, we will tell you early so you can plan accordingly.
